Gym Leader Rematches

After obtaining the National Pokédex, each Gym Leader in Sinnoh becomes available for daily rematches at various locations throughout the region, with a fully evolved, fully EV trained team of 6 Pokémon between level 65 and 75. These rematches feature significantly stronger teams compared to their original encounters, testing your Championship-level team.

Before each Gym Leader rematch:

Ensure your team is healed with
Stock up on Revive, Full Restore, Full Heal, and Max Potion
Consider held items that boost your team's stats or abilities
Rotate your team if needed to match the Gym Leader types and strategies
Train your Pokémon to competitive levels (Lv. 70+)
