The Expert Belt (Japanese: たつじんのおび Expert Obi ) is a type of held item introduced in Generation IV that strengthens supereffective attacks.
In the core series games Price Effect Boosts the damage of the holder's supereffective moves by 20% (approximated as a multiplier of 4915/4096 from Generation V to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet ).

In the TCG Expert Belt Main article: Expert Belt (Arceus 87) Expert Belt was introduced as a Pokémon Tool Trainer card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Diamond & Pearl Series (the Japanese DP Era) in the Arceus expansion.
The Pokémon this card is attached to gets +20 HP and that Pokémon's attacks do 20 more damage to the opposing Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). However, when the Pokémon this card is attached to is Knocked Out , the opponent takes 1 more Prize card.
