Play by Play Toys & Novelties Europe SA, trading as Play by Play, is a Spanish manufacturer of plush toys. Originally founded in 1990 in San Antonio, Texas, the company relocated to Valencia, Spain, in 2002.[1] The company does not sell its merchandise to the public. Instead, the products are only available to other professionals.

In 2000, at the height of "Pokémon fever", Play by Play obtained the licence to produce a line of Pokémon plush toys.
