Koei Tecmo Holdings Co., Ltd. (Japanese: 株式会社コーエーテクモホールディングス Kabushiki gaisha Tecmo Koei Holdings) is a Japanese video game company established in April 2009 by the merger of video game developers Koei and Tecmo. The company is known for developing and publishing video game series such as Nobunaga's Ambition, Dynasty Warriors, Ninja Gaiden, and Atelier. Koei Tecmo first collaborated with the Pokémon series with the release of Pokémon Conquest, a crossover title with Nobunaga's Ambition. Koei Tecmo's studios have also been involved with several other Nintendo properties, including Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, and Fire Emblem.
