Electronic Pokédex

The Electronic Pokédex toy

The Unova Pokédex is a toy released by Jakks Pacific. The toy is designed to look like the Unova Pokédex and features 45 entries for Pokémon from the Unova region, mostly ones appearing within the first few episodes of Pokémon the Series: Black & White.

Features

The top of the toy features the two mascots from Black and White, Reshiram on the left and Zekrom on the right, along with the Pokémon logo. Below that is the screen that displays all of the information. The screen itself is a 1-bit display with no backlighting. The toy has its own original soundtrack and voicelines.

Pokédex

The first option selected when device is booted is the Pokédex. It has 45 of the 155 Pokémon originating from Pokémon Black and White, with unique Pokédex entries for each. If one selects the Evolution option on a Pokémon who's evolved or unevolved form doesn't have an entry in the device, said form will appear as three question marks.
