DeNA Co., Ltd. (Japanese: 株式会社(かぶしきがいしゃ)ディー・エヌ・エー Kabushiki gaisha DeNA; pronounced "DNA") is a software development company founded on March 4, 1999 by Tomoko Namba. They are the primary developers of Pokémon Masters EX and Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket. The company is known for its mobile gaming platform, Mobage, as well as its ownership of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars.

In 2015, DeNA entered a business and capital alliance with Nintendo, in which DeNA would cooperate in the development and operation of Nintendo Accounts and games for mobile devices featuring Nintendo characters. These games would include Miitomo, Super Mario Run, Fire Emblem Heroes, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, and Mario Kart Tour. In 2023, Nintendo and DeNA formed a joint venture company, Nintendo Systems, as a Nintendo subsidiary focused on strengthening the digitalization of Nintendo's business.

On May 1, 2024, it was announced that one of DeNA's subsidiaries, DeNA Digital Production Co., Ltd., is renamed to Pokémon Card D Studio Co., Ltd. (Japanese: 株式会社ポケモンカード・ディー・スタジオ Kabushiki gaisha Pokémon Card D Studio). This subsidiary currently focuses on development and management of Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, and is partially owned by The Pokémon Company, which owns a 33.4% share.
