Scopely, Inc. is a game development and publishing company. It was founded in 2011 by Walter Driver and Ankur Bulsara.[1]

On March 12, 2025, it was announced that company acquired the games business of Niantic, Inc., including Pokémon GO, for $3.5 billion.[2][3][4]
