For this list, note that Pokémon that are obtainable through the Pokémon Global Link but do not have Hidden Abilities or evolutionary relatives (such as Castform) will not be listed. While Metapod, Flygon, Starly, and other similar Pokémon do not have a Hidden Ability that differs from the regular Ability, at least one of their evolutionary relatives do have one; therefore, they are included on this list. If only one gender is possible while the species itself can be either gender (as is the case of promotions), gender will be specified; genderless Pokémon will be noted with an asterisk. Levels will also be specified if the Pokémon is obtainable at a level that is not level 10 if not obtained from a Hidden Grotto. | For this list, note that Pokémon that are obtainable through the Pokémon Global Link but do not have Hidden Abilities or evolutionary relatives (such as Castform) will not be listed. This is a list of Pokémon that includes all Pokémon that can legitimately have their Hidden Abilities.
Introduced in Generation V, Hidden Abilities are Abilities that are obtained a different way than regular ones, and are usually somewhat more difficult to get. Not all Pokémon have a Hidden Ability that differs from their regular one though, and not all Pokémon can legally have their Hidden Ability.
Pokémon with Hidden Abilities are usually not encountered in-game. Instead, they are generally found from the Pokémon Dream World. However, there are several other ways of obtaining certain Pokémon with Hidden Abilities without befriending them from the Pokémon Dream World, such as events, Pokémon Global Link promotions, and several in-game methods. As for breeding, if a female Pokémon with a Hidden Ability breeds with a male Pokémon in a compatible Egg Group, the offspring will have a 60% chance of also having the Hidden Ability; the Ability cannot be passed on if Ditto is a parent.
If only one gender is possible while the species itself can be either gender (as is the case of promotions), gender will be specified; genderless Pokémon with evolutionary relatives will be noted with an asterisk. Levels will also be specified if the Pokémon is obtainable at a level that is not level 10 if not obtained from a Hidden Grotto.
Generation V Pokémon cannot be found in the Pokémon Dream World except when using an account connected to Pokémon Black 2 or White 2.
