Rouge Sector 2 (Japanese: ルージュ２番地Rouge Block 2) is a location in Lumiose City in the Kalosregion. It is located immediately north of Prism Tower and southwest of Académie Étoile. Rouge Street runs along its west face and Hibernal Avenue runs along its southeast face. It is notable for hosting the Galerie de la Lune shopping arcade which contains a variety of boutiques selling player customisations.
The Centrico Pokémon Center (Japanese: ポケモンセンター：メディオPokémon Center: Medio) can be found in Rouge Sector 2 at the intersection of Centrico Plaza and Rouge Street. In addition to allowing the player to heal their team and shop for consumables, the Pokémon Center features a bench adjacent to Centrico Plaza, allowing the player the opportunity to reset the day time. Additionally, a Lost Poké Ball collector can be found stationed in front of the Pokémon Center.

Yveltal can be found during Main Mission 40: The One That Takes, after completing the three Rogue Mega Evolution battle simulations set up for the player by Vinnie. The player is required to catch it to progress, and if defeated, it will respawn immediately to be battled again. It is coded to never be Shiny.
