Rouge Plaza (Japanese: ルージュ広場 Rouge Plaza) is a lush plaza located in the middle of the Rouge District in northern Lumiose City in the Kalos region. It is connected to Centrico Plaza and North Boulevard by Rouge Street.
Description
Rouge Plaza is a circular plaza. In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Wild Zone 3 is built in the middle of the plaza as one of the initially built wild zones.
In the games
Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Wild Zone 3 takes up the majority of the space on the plaza from the beginning of the game. Outside of the wild zone, there is a girl working with Mable who will give the player 3 Great Balls.
On the north side of the plaza, a Pokémon Center Clerk has converted her food stall into a travelling Pokémon Center, and will fully heal the player's party if spoken to. Unlike proper Pokémon Centers, the stall does not sell any items.
The plaza is additionally used as one of the 3 multiplayer battle venues in Link Battles.
