Trivia
* Kiawe is the only Trainer who uses the same VS model in his normal and EX colors, as all the parts of his outfit that change color are not visible in his VS model.
Origin
Kiawe's design is based on his appearance in Sun and Moon, Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Alolan Marowak is Kiawe's signature Pokémon in the core series games, as well as the Totem Pokémon of his island challenge trial in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Alolan Marowak's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
Arcanine is another Pokémon that Kiawe uses in the core series games. Arcanine's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.

Trivia

 • Kiawe is the only Trainer who uses the same VS model in his normal and EX colors, as all the parts of his outfit that change color are not visible in his VS model.

Origin

Kiawe's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon.
