Regulation Set F was a set of organized play rules in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. It was first used from January 4, 2024 until April 30, 2024.
Regulation Set F later returned to official competitive play from December 1, 2025 until March 31, 2026.
Ruleset
The regulation set adopts the following ruleset:
- Pokémon are automatically set to level 50 during battle.
- Pokémon may hold held items, however duplicate held items are not allowed.
- Pokémon with the same National Pokédex number may not be registered to the same team.
- Greninja with the Ability Battle Bond are not allowed.
- Terastallization is allowed.
- Timers are set as follows:
- Total time limit per game: 20 minutes
- Player timer per game: 7 minutes
- Turn time: 45 seconds
- Preview time: 90 seconds

Pokémon on the list below are eligible if they are available in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, or transferable through Pokémon HOME.
