Regulation Set H was a set of organized play rules in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. It was first used from September 1, 2024 until January 5, 2025.
Regulation Set H later returned to official competitive play from September 1, 2025 until November 30, 2025, however online battles used other formats in this period.
Ruleset
The regulation set adopts the following ruleset:
- Pokémon are automatically set to level 50 during battle.
- Pokémon may hold held items, however duplicate held items are not allowed.
- Pokémon with the same National Pokédex number may not be registered to the same team.
- Any Greninja with the Ability Battle Bond are not allowed.
- Terastallization is allowed.
- Timers are set as follows:
- Total time limit per game: 20 minutes
- Player timer per game: 7 minutes
- Turn time: 45 seconds
- Preview time: 90 seconds

Pokémon on the list below are eligible if they are available in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, or transferable through Pokémon HOME, and meet the restrictions above.
