Powder Snow (Japanese: こなゆき Powder Snow) is a damage-dealing Ice move introduced in Generation II.

Effect
Powder Snow inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of Freeze the target.

Powder Snow hits both opponents in a Double Battle. In a Triple Battle, Powder Snow will only hit opposing adjacent Pokémon.

Powder Snow can be used as the first move of a Pokémon Contest combination, causing Blizzard to score double the normal appeal if used in the next turn. It can also be used to finish a combination, with the user gaining 4 bonus appeal points if Hail was used in the previous turn. It is also part of a Contest Spectacular combination, giving an extra three appeal points if the move Hail was used in the prior turn.

UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, Powder Snow is Alolan Ninetales's first move as Alolan Vulpix. The user attacks with a chilly gust of powdery snow, slowing and damaging enemies hit. Upon evolving at level 4, it is replaced by either Avalanche or Dazzling Gleam. Due to the effect of Snow Warning, Powder Snow slings snow and contributes to Alolan Ninetales freeze opposing Pokémon.

Powder Snow (Japanese: こなゆき Powder Snow) is a damage-dealing Ice-type move introduced in Generation II.

Effect

Powder Snow inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of freezing the target.
