Togekiss (Japanese: トゲキッス Togekiss) is a dual-type Normal/Flying Pokémon.
It evolves from Togetic when exposed to a Shiny Stone. It is the final form of Togepi.
Biology
Physiology
Togekiss is a white Pokémon with an egg-shaped body. Togekiss has triangle-shaped wings and lacks the stubby arms that its pre-evolutions had. Its underbelly is dotted with the little red and blue triangle-shaped spots that are the signature of the Togepi evolution family. Togekiss has two feet that are close to each other. The former spikes on its head are now a three-pointed crest that has the left spike tipped in blue and the right spike tipped in red (the reverse is true for its Shiny form).
Gender differences
None.
Special abilities
It is also able to wield Aura Sphere, along with Lucario, Mienfoo and its family, the only non-legendary Pokémon that are able to learn it.
Behavior
Togekiss avoid conflict, never appearing where strife is occurring. It shares blessings with those who love another. They will protect their young, Togepi, with miraculous care.
Habitat
Togekiss are so vastly rare that many trainers do not bother trying to find one. Instead, most trainers prefer evolving their Togetic into a Togekiss with a Shiny Stone.

In the anime
Togekiss makes a cameo at the beginning of the movie Giratina and the Sky Warrior.
Togekiss made its anime debut in Dawn of a Royal Day!, under the command of Princess Salvia. Salvia later gave the Togekiss to Dawn as a gift.

In the manga
Arcade Star Dahlia is shown to own a Togekiss in the Platinum arc of Pokémon Adventures. Platinum uses it when she and Dahlia swap Pokémon during Platinum's Battle Arcade campaign under the condition of "Pokémon Swap."
Later, in the HeartGold & SoulSilver arc, Gold's Togebo quickly evolves into a Togetic and then into a Togekiss with the Shiny Stone it held.

Trivia
- Togekiss and its pre-evolution, Togetic, along with Yanma, Yanmega, Giratina and Smeargle (by Sketch), are the only Pokémon that can learn all three variations of AncientPower.
- Togekiss learns the most moves that never miss regardless of the user's accuracy or the users evasiveness: Aura Sphere, Shock Wave, Swift, Aerial Ace and Magical Leaf.
- Togekiss's weight is equal to that of Lucas, as well as four Pokémon; Sudowoodo, Skuntank, Fearow, and Yanma. Togekiss is also the same height as Ethan.
- Togekiss has the highest Special Attack of all non-legendary Flying-type Pokémon.
- Togekiss can learn Drain Punch and Focus Punch despite not having any visible hands. However, it did have hands before evolving.
- As of Generation V, no other Pokémon have same dual egg group as Togekiss and its pre-evolution. In this case, both in Flying and Fairy are unique.
- Togekiss is the only Pokémon to have evolved by using an evolutionary stone that doesn't share any level-up moves with its pre-evolution.
- Togekiss and its pre-evolution are the only Normal/Flying Pokémon capable of learning an Electric-type move.
- Togekiss is one of four Pokémon (four species total) that have a gender ratio of 7:1 that have had a female shown in the anime but not a male. The others are Ash's Bayleef (as a Chikorita and a Bayleef), Togepi, and Venusaur.
- Togekiss is the only Pokémon with a base stat total of 545.
- Togekiss is one of 2 known fully evolved Pokémon, along with Raticate, that can have the Hustle ability.
- Coincedently, they are both Normal type Pokémon.
Origin
Togekiss's design appears to draw inspiration from fairies and birds, possibly doves. Togekiss may have also been designed entirely as a Flying wing.
Name origin
Its name is based on 刺 toge, spike, and the English word kiss.
