Pokémon Adventures
The Lumiose Gang debuted in a flashback in Gyarados Changes. It was formed from a group of homeless children and Pokémon that lived in the alleyways of Lumiose City. Emma served as the Lumiose Gang's leader until she eventually moved in with Cassius.
Three months after Team Flare's defeat in Floette Returns, Tierno made a name for himself by dancing in the Lumiose City alleyways. Several Lumiose Gang members eventually decided to join Tierno to form a dancing group.
