Contest Lady

The Contest Lady is one of 3 different types of lady appearing in the Lilycove City Pokémon Center in Pokémon Emerald, depending on the I.D. number of the game. She asks for a Pokéblock to give to her Skitty. After giving her, she thanks you, but seemingly does nothing.
