Fossil Maniac

The Fossil Maniac is a character on Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire (Generation III) and Emerald. The player can visit his house at Route 114. In Pokémon Emerald, after the National Dex is obtained, the player can go to a cave inside his house, where Ditto can be obtained.
