Rad Rickshaw

Rad Rickshaw is the owner of Rad Rickshaw's Cycle Shop in Eterna City.
When the player first arrives at Eterna City, Rad is not at his cycle shop. Instead, he is complaining to Team Galactic. Later, he is found with Jupiter, trying to get the Pokémon stolen from the trainers to be returned.
Afterwards, he rewards the player with a free Bicycle.
