Effect
FeatherDance lowers the target's Attack stat by two levels.

Pidgeot. Pidgeot flaps it's wings and showers sharp feathers at the foe.
- Used by Solidad's Pigeot in the Kanto Grand Festival.Debut.
Chatot. Chatot glows yellow and it moves its wings around. It then showers yellow sparkling dust on its foe.
