Gallery (Conquest)

This section is missing one or more images.
Please feel free to add any missing images to this section. Needed images can be uploaded to the Bulbagarden Archives.
Reason: Add images of a Warrior page and a Pokemon page in the Gallery

The Gallery is a feature in Pokémon Conquest. It acts as a collection-tracking interface akin to a Pokédex, as well as an overarching save file that tracks the status of Warriors across Conquest's different stories.

Registration

Warriors

Encountering a Warrior in battle will add a basic entry about them to the Gallery. Registering a Warrior, which requires recruiting them to the player's army and then winning a battle with them in the team, will expand their entry with more information.

Further, once a Warrior has been registered, any changes to their Pokémon roster (additions, removals, Evolutions, etc), and the highest link percentage they achieve with each owned Pokémon, are saved into the Gallery as well, without needing to register them again. An exception is if the Warrior is a Warlord and transforms into a higher Rank, in which case the Warlord must be registered again to save their higher Rank.

Normally, the player's recruited forces are reset at the start of every story, with enemy Warriors using preset default Pokémon when encountered. Once a previously-registered Warrior is recruited again by the player, that Warrior's Gallery data is restored to overwrite the default data - specifically, they regain their owned Pokémon and any achieved Warlord transformations. However, the Warrior's link percentages are scaled according to the average link percentage of the team of Warriors that defeated them - this is the same scaling used to determine the strength of wild enemies.

Gallery data for a Warrior is also used in the game's multiplayer battle mode, where the highest-achieved link percentages are used, instead of scaling them down or up.

Pokémon

Similar to Warriors, encountering a Pokémon in battle will add a basic entry about them to the Gallery, while registering the Pokémon will expand the entry's information.

When a Warrior participates in a winning battle, their active Pokémon's species will be registered to the Gallery.

Warrior mode

Main article: List of Pokémon Conquest characters

On the top screen, the conversation sprite of the currently-selected Warrior is displayed.

  • If the Warrior has been registered to the Gallery, a golden Poké ball icon appears next to their name. If they have only been encountered in battle and not registered, then the icon will display as an empty slot.

On the bottom screen, the Warrior's stats, type specialty, and Warrior Skill are visible. If the Warrior has been registered, then buttons for additional information are added to this screen.

  • Rank - For Warlords, tapping the "Rank I", "Rank II" or ""Rank III" tabs will swap out the sprite on the top screen, as well as the stats and Warrior Skill on the bottom screen, to match that transformation stage.
  • Info - Brings up the saved data for the Warrior's currently-owned Pokémon. For Warlords, their profile description can also be viewed here by tapping "Profile".
  • Emotion - For Warlords, this changes the emotion of the sprite on the top screen.
  • Perfect Link - Displays the Warrior's Perfect Link Pokémon species, walking around a small grassy area. A species is listed here only if the Warrior has owned them at some point in time.
    • For example: if a Warrior has a Perfect Link with Tepig's evolutionary line, but they have only ever owned Pignite and Emboar, then Tepig will not display until the Warrior owns a Tepig at some point.
    • If the Warrior has previously owned all of their eligible Perfect Links, then the white "Perfect Link" text at the top of this screen will change to golden text that reads "Perfect Link Found!!"
    • For Warlords, the Pokémon species listed here will change depending on the currently-selected Rank, since higher Ranks tend to add more Perfect Links. Owned Pokémon will carry between Ranks, and the golden text only considers Perfect Links for the currently-selected Rank.
    • Tapping the "Stats" button here goes back to the default page.

Warriors can be sorted by their default Gallery order (which generally places senior Warlords first, followed by junior Warlords, and finally standard Warriors), or alphabetically by name.

Pokémon mode

Main article: List of Pokémon by Ransei Gallery order

On the top screen, the menu sprite of the currently-selected Pokémon is displayed.

  • If the Pokémon has been registered to the Gallery, a golden Poké ball icon appears next to their name. If they have only been encountered in battle and not registered, then the icon will display as an empty slot.
  • The Pokémon's type is also displayed next to its name.

On the bottom screen, the Pokémon's stats (represented as stars), Range (represented as a number), move, and their 3 possible Abilities are all listed. The descriptions for the move and the abilities can be viewed by selecting them.

There is also a "Habitat" button that switches to a secondary screen:

  • Habitat - This section shows a map of Ransei, highlighted with the kingdoms where the Pokémon can be encountered in the wild. However, Legendary Pokémon, Pokémon exclusive to swarms, and Zorua do not list any locations.
  • Appearance - The Pokémon's appearance in battle is shown in a small window. Tapping this window will cycle through the Pokémon's animations for attacking, taking damage, and being under a status condition.
  • Cry - Tapping the "Cry" button will play the Pokémon's cry.

Pokémon can be sorted by their default Gallery order, National Pokédex number, or alphabetically by name.
