However, he only offers to buy one specific item each time he appears, and he appears no more than once per day. If Trainers choose not to sell the requested item, or do not have the requested item to sell, he will disappear until at least the next day. | |||

Location Location of Paniola Town in Alola. |
Paniola Town (Japanese: オハナタウン Ohana Town) is a town on Akala Island in the Alola region.
Route 4 leads to Paniola Town from the south, and the town connects to Paniola Ranch in the north. An isolated area of Paniola Town can be accessed from Route 6.
Places of interest
Kiawe's house
Kiawe's house is located in the northwest of the town. In Pokémon Sun and Ultra Sun, if the player visits Kiawe's room at night (after passing Olivia's grand trialS or becoming ChampionUS), they will be able to battle him at Royal Avenue.
Moomoo Milk stand
In the northwest of the town, west of Kiawe's house, is a stand with a Miltank and a male Pokémon Breeder. Once per day, Trainers can get a free Moomoo Milk from the Pokémon Breeder by talking to the Miltank.
Pokémon Center buyer
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, an old man frequently appears next to the entrance to the Pokémon Center, in the northeast of the town. When he appears, he will ask to buy a given item from Trainers; these items include various Poké Balls, healing items, and valuable items. In exchange for these items, he offers $5,000. Once the transaction is complete, he disappears. However, he only offers to buy one specific item each time he appears, and he appears no more than once per day. If Trainers choose not to sell the requested item, or do not have the requested item to sell, he will disappear until at least the next day.
Demographics
Pokémon Sun and Moon
The population of Paniola Town is 16, making it the second-smallest town in Alola.

In the anime
Paniola Town first appeared in Young Kiawe Had a Farm!, where it was revealed that Kiawe and his family lived in a farm at the outskirts of the town.
The town appeared again in The Island Whisperer!, in which Ash, his classmates, Professor Kukui and Olivia settled down there after their arrival on Akala Island. The town's Pokémon Center served as the class's settlement during their stay on the island from The Island Whisperer! to the end of Rising from the Ruins!, in which they returned to Melemele Island.
