Revision as of 02:36, 3 July 2010

The Cool Contest is one of five different Pokémon Contest categories, the other four being Beauty, Smart, Cute and Tough. Pokémon that are fed Spicy Pokéblocks or Poffin will have an enhanced Cool condition; this can be assisted with the Red Scarf. Many Cool moves are Dragon, Electric, Flying or Template:Type2s, but many other types of moves are Cool as well. During a Cool Contest, the following moves will excite the crowd:

The Cool condition is raised by Poffin or Pokéblocks made with spicy-flavored Berries. Pokémon with natures that boost physical Attack - Lonely, Brave, Adamant, and Naughty - get the most benefit from spicy Berries, so they will be the easiest to raise for a Cool Contest.
