Discharge (Japanese: ほうでん Electrical Discharge) is a damage-dealing Electric-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Discharge damages all Pokémon except the user in Double Battles and has a 30% chance of paralyzing each of them. In Triple Battles, Discharge damages all adjacent Pokémon.

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness, Discharge attacks every enemy in the room, every enemy within 2 squares in passageways and every enemy within a square in very dimly lit passageways.

Description

Games Description A flare of electricity is loosed to strike all Pokémon in battle. It may also cause paralysis. PMDTDS Inflicts damage on all enemies in the room. It may also afflict enemies in the room with a Paralysis status. A Pokémon with the Paralysis status has slowed movement and can't take action. Conq A flare of electricity is loosed to strike the area around the user. It may also cause paralysis. The user strikes everything around it by letting loose a flare of electricity. This may also cause paralysis.
