Captivate (Japanese: ゆうわく Allure) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Trivia

  • Mew is the only genderless Pokémon that can learn this move: Mew is able to learn any TM, and can learn it by TM78.
  • It is likely that Nincada cannot learn Captivate due to the fact that Shedinja would then learn it, and it is genderless. The same happens with Attract.
