Confide (Japanese: ないしょばなし Secret Talk) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation VI. It is TM100 as of Generation VI.

Effect

Confide lowers the target's Special Attack stat by one stage and is unaffected by modifications to the accuracy stat and evasion stat. It will hit the target even if it has used Protect, Detect, Spiky Shield, and King's Shield and lifts the effects of those moves for the remainder of the turn.

Description

Games Description
The user tells the target a secret, and the target loses its ability to concentrate. This lowers the target's Sp. Atk. stat.
