Raoul Contesta is a character in the Pokémon anime. He is a Pokémon contest judge. His Japanese voice actor is unknown and his English voice actor is Mike Pollock.
Contesta is the main contest judge, and also the Pokémon contest director. He is usally the first one to comment on the Pokémon, and the one who offers advice to the coordinators. When May kept forcing her Bulbasaur to continue battling, Contesta yelled at her for not knowing when to stop the battle, and criticized her for not caring about her Pokémon.
