Morpeko is in constant hunger due to the sacs in its cheeks generating electricity nonstop. Which is why Morpeko carries around Berry seeds that has been electrically roasted in its pocket. It treats the berries with if they were precious treasure with care to serve a quick snack. Regardless, it will still be hungry no matter how much it eats. By experiencing prolonged hunger, the hormones in Morpeko changes, and its fur color to change colors. The energy with its cheeks changes from an Electric-type energy to Dark-type energy. Its personality becomes more aggressive and volatile behavior as a result of this extreme hunger. While in Hangary Mode, Morpeko is driven to do all kinds of evil deeds and extreme violence until it hunger is satisfied.[1]
Morpeko is the only known Pokémon capable of learning the move Aura Wheel.
