Wilma, or Grandma Wilma (Japanese: タツばあさん Grandma Tatsu), is a Move Tutor in Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver, as well as the remakes, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. She lives on the northern, foggy stretch of Route 210 in the in the Sinnoh-based games, while she lives in Blackthorn City in the Johto-based games.
In the games
In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl she mentions that she used to live in a famous city of Dragon Tamers until she moved to Sinnoh, and due to this, she is able to teach the move Draco Meteor to the player's Dragon-type Pokémon if its friendship is maxed out.
In the anime
Wilma's only anime appearance was in A Meteoric Rise to Excellence!. Ash and his friends met up with her after witnessing her teach an Altaria to use Draco Meteor. She explained that many Trainers, including Altaria's, leave their Pokémon with her so that she can teach them Draco Meteor.
Later, a wild Gible that Wilma knew showed up and she explained that it shows up frequently. Ash and his friends helped her rescue Altaria from Team Rocket and she later showed them the way to Daybreak Town.

| Wilma was training a Trainer's Altaria in A Meteoric Rise to Excellence!. Because of its great power, it was kidnapped by Team Rocket. However, Altaria managed to damage their machine to the point where it was unable to move. It was later rescued by Gible.
