Tinkmaster (Japanese: デカヌおやかた Dekanu-oyakata) is a supporting character in Pokémon Pokopia. She is a Tinkaton with a particular interest in human buildings and inventions, and is skilled with tools in general.
History
Background
Tinkmaster spent her time collecting junk and trying to assemble it into interesting things, such as the towers of junk in the Sparkling Skylands. This is why she calls herself the Tinkmaster.
Pokémon Pokopia
Tinkmaster meets Ditto after a machine blew up in her workshop and sent her flying out the door. She tasks Ditto with gathering and bringing her six bricks of concrete, as she doesn't know how to make it, suggesting asking Conkeldurr to make some. Once Ditto brings her the concrete, she asks it to bring her an iron ingot, from which she can make some Tinkagears. She gives Ditto the Tinkagears and tells it to follow her, leading it to a spot with a missing lift, where she gives it the recipe for the lift and asks Ditto to craft one and place it there.
Appearance
Unlike regular Tinkaton, Tinkmaster has a unique hairstyle, and wields a multi-tool rather than just a hammer.
Personality and characteristics
Tinkmaster has the Engineer specialty, allowing her to lead other Pokémon during large building or rebuilding projects. When assigned as the leader of a building project, it will be completed faster than usual. She can also turn iron ingots into Tinkagears.
Trivia
- Tinkmaster is the only Pokémon with a unique appearance in Pokémon Pokopia who was not revealed prior to the game's release.
