Bubbly Basin (Japanese:ブクブクうみぞこの街 Bubbling Undersea Town) is an area available in Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass Part 1. It can be accessed after completing the request "Raise the environment level!" in Bleak Beach. It is what remains of Cerulean City after a series of catastrophic weather anomalies ravaged the world and forced humans to take refuge in space.
