Jeffrey (Japanese: イサナ Isana) is a minor recurring character in Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl. He is from Mocha Town.

Jeffrey debuted in Gymbaliar!. He challenged Jessie at Team Rocket's fake Gym. His Marowak easily defeated Jessie's Dustox. After his victory, he was given a Badge. Jeffrey then ran off, bragging about his fake Badge and believing it was real. He did not appear again during the remainder of the episode, even after Team Rocket's scheme was exposed.

Jeffrey reappeared in An Old Family Blend!, where he was seen registering for the Lily of the Valley Conference with his Luxray. However, he was not shown during the match-up process, indicating that he did not make it through. Whether or not this was because he tried to enter with any fake Badges or if he was defeated in an unseen preliminary round is unclear.

Marowak is Jeffrey's first known Pokémon. Using its bone, it was able to beat Jessie's Dustox with a few hits at Team Rocket's fake Gym.

Marowak's known moves are Bonemerang and Bone Club.

Luxray

Debut	An Old Family Blend!

Luxray was seen with Jeffrey when he was registering for the Lily of the Valley Conference.
