Mysterial (Japanese: ミステリオ Mysterio) is a Colosseum Master in Pokémon Battle Revolution. The final Trainer the player battles in the initial game's sequence, he is the head of Stargazer Colosseum and Master of Pokétopia, the strongest Trainer in that locality equivalent to a Champion. He is also the president of a league comprising Pokétopia's best Trainers, the Master Class.
Mysterial takes the appearance of a stout gentleman, wearing a purple jacket over a black coat with a red tie, red trousers, and a top hat with stars, and the bristles on his face extend long and curl up at their tips, resembling a magician/illusionist which he is renowned as.
As a powerful Pokémon Trainer, Mysterial specializes in using highly-trained battlers, both Legendary and non-Legendary, that can compete fiercely against pretty much any team the player has. He also uses his magic and illusion skills broadly throughout battles, such as popping his Poké Balls out of nowhere in his introduction, and levitating them when sending out his Pokémon. His animation when defeated is a jaw-dropping trick, where he vanishes into his top hat in green smoke.
Mysterial has the Trainer classes Pokétopia Master (Japanese: ポケトピアマスター Pokétopia Master) and in the Masters Battle, Master of Masters (Japanese: マスターオブマスター Master of Masters). In the Pokétopia Championship, if he is defeated in one attempt, the Battle Pass title "Pokétopia Master" is unlocked along with the Crown.
