Rosie (Japanese: ラプラ Rapla) is a Colosseum Leader in Pokémon Battle Revolution. She is the head of the Neon Colosseum.

Rosie is based on the Cool Girl character style and she cosplays as a Roserade. Similar to all the Colosseum Leaders, she occasionally wears a Shiny outfit. She specializes in Grass-type Pokémon during battles.

After she is defeated in Level 50 All, her outfit is unlocked for Custom Pass Trainers.

In the Japanese version of the game, Rosie has light skin; in the international versions, she has dark skin instead. She shares this trait with another Battle Revolution character, Sashay.
