The Old Building (Japanese: 雑居ビル Mixed-Use Building) is a location in Lumiose City in the Kalos region. Its entrance is located in Bleu Sector 9, though the building itself is located in Bleu Sector 8 within the Bleu District.
In the core series games
The Old Building is first visited at the request of the Rust Syndicate, who asks the player to assist Gänger, a man who has rented out the building but has been unable to move in due to Gastly and Gengar.
The location can later be revisited during Side Mission 118: "Goodbye, Gengar" to again assist Gänger who asks the player to help find Gengar that he has befriended.

Main Mission 20
During Main Mission 20: "A Request from the Rust Syndicate", the player is asked to battle a Gastly and two Gengar. These Pokémon can be caught.
