Joe (Japanese: ジョー Joe) is a Colosseum Leader and the first Colosseum Master in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Gateway Colosseum.
Joe is shown to be fond of Normal types and the move Protect. He has the exclusive Trainer class Master Junior (Japanese: マスタージュニア Master Junior). He is the final foe of the first and fifth sets of the Stargazer Colosseum Masters Battle.
Joe, as a public figure who resembles East Asian popstars of some sort, has a fan club like Sashay, known as Joe's Groupie. Only female Trainers whom the Trainer battles are revealed as fangirls of him.
