Normal-type moves become Electric-type moves. The power of those moves is boosted a little.

Galvanize (Japanese: エレキスキン Electric Skin) is an Ability introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature Ability of Alolan Geodude's evolutionary line. This Ability is exclusively obtained as a Hidden Ability.

Galvanize causes all Normal-type moves used by the Pokémon to become Electric-type and receive a 20% power boost.

Outside of battle

Galvanize has no effect outside of battle.
