Crush Claw (Japanese: ブレイククロー Break Claw) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation IV, it was the signature move of Zangoose.
Effect
Crush Claw inflicts damage and has a 50% chance of lowering the target's Defense stat by one stage.
Crush Claw can also be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining an extra appeal point if move Swords Dance was used in the prior turn.
