Meteor Falls (Japanese: りゅうせいのたき Meteor Falls) is a location in Hoenn. It is a large cave west of Fallarbor Town with a waterfall inside.
In the games, Team MagmaREOR or Team AquaSAS steal a Meteorite from Professor Cozmo at Meteor Falls. Afterwards, they will go to Mt. Chimney, while Professor Cozmo returns to Fallarbor Town. In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Brendan/May accompanies the player to rescue the professor, and helps in a Multi Battle against one of the villainous team's admins.
In Pokémon Emerald, Steven Stone appears here deep inside a new area after the player enters the Hall of Fame; his Pokémon are considerably stronger than Champion Wallace's.
After completing the Delta Episode, when you return to Meteor Falls, you will find Zinnia's grandmother right in the middle of the first floor. Speak to her, and she says she'll be happy to teach your Rayquaza the special move, Dragon Ascent, if it has previously forgotten it. Rayquaza needs to know Dragon Ascent to Mega Evolve into Mega Rayquaza.
