Miracle Eye (Japanese: ミラクルアイ Miracle Eye) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Generation IV

Miracle Eye removes a Dark-type Pokémon's immunity to Psychic-type attacks and restores the target's evasion stat to normal. It cannot miss unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable state.

Generation V

Miracle Eye can now be reflected with Magic Coat.

Description

Enables the user to hit a Ghost type with any type of move. It also enables the user to hit an evasive foe.
