Rock Polish (Japanese: ロックカット Rock Cut) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Rock Polish raises the user's Speed by two levels.

- Despite many Pokémon being able to learn either Rock Polish or its variation Agility, only 6 Pokémon can learn both: Aerodactyl, Gligar, Gliscor, Metang, Metagross, and Smeargle (by its unique move Sketch).
