Rock Polish (Japanese: ロックカット Rock Cut) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Rock Polish raises the user's Speed by two levels.

Pokémon
Rhyperior. It places its fists together and the orange plates over Rhyperior hide start to glow Red. Rhyperior can then move quicker to attack or dodge its foe's attacks.

- Despite many Pokémon can learn either Rock Polish or its variation Agility, only 5 Pokémon can learn both: Aerodactyl, Gligar, Gliscor, Metang, Metagross.
