I wanted to overhaul the power page like I did the damage page, splitting it per Generation.

First off, from what I can tell, Gens 1 and 2 do not have any base power modifiers. Gen 2 has a few moves with variable base power, but that's about it.

One last thing; before Gen 5, all modifiers were rounded down to the nearest integer after each operation, but since Gen 5 onward, they use a system I'll call "chaining," where you start at 4096, multiply each value in the specified order, and each multiplication is subject to standard rounding, rounding up at 0.5. When the final number is gotten, it is multiplied by the initial base power and divided by 4096, subject to standard rounding but rounding down at 0.5 instead.
