Glaciate (Japanese: こごえるせかい Frozen World) is a damage-dealing Ice-type move introduced in Generation V. It is one of the signature moves of Kyurem.
Effect
Glaciate inflicts damage and lowers the target's Speed stat by one stage. Glaciate hits all opponents in Double Battles and all adjacent opponents in Triple Battles.
Glaciate can also be used as part of a Contest Spectacular combination, with the user gaining extra three appeal points if the move Hail was used in the prior turn.
