This is a list of Pokémon in the order dictated by the original Unova regional Pokédex, meaning that Victini and then the Unova first partner Pokémon will appear first, followed by other Pokémon native to the Unova region.
The Unova Pokédex appears in Pokémon Black and White, containing 156 Pokémon, though only 152 are required to be obtained to complete the Pokédex (Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect are not required).
In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, an expanded version of the Unova Pokédex appears, containing 145 additional Pokémon.

Trivia
- In Pokémon Black and White, the Unova Pokédex was the only regional Pokédex aside from that of Kanto to only contain Pokémon from one generation.
- This is the first regional Pokédex to have a Pokémon numbered #000, and as such, the first regional Pokédex where a first partner Pokémon is not first in the listing.
- The Unova Pokédex in Pokémon Black and White is the only regional Pokédex to have originally contained event-exclusive Pokémon that are required to be obtained for Pokédex completion, namely Zorua and Zoroark. However, these two later became obtainable in Pokémon Black and White without events by trading with Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.
- In White, it is impossible to get a "seen" Pokédex entry for Vullaby or Mandibuzz without trading with another player, because they cannot be found in the wild in White, and no in-game Trainers use them. The same is true in Black for Rufflet, but not for its evolved form Braviary, as Miles of The Riches and Cynthia both use one.
