Tyranitar (Japanese: バンギラス Bangiras) is a Rock/Dark-type Pokémon.
Biology
Tyranitar resemble the Japanese creature Godzilla and the dinosaur Tyrannosaurus, due to its short arms and powerful long tail. Also, two rows of spines make up its back, and its hide is known to make the Pokémon impenetrable. Tyranitar are known to go on month-long rampages that are usually catastrophic, as whole regions can be destroyed with a simple tail-swing. Tyranitar are located in mountainous regions, and create nests by breaking mountains apart.
