SwShBDSPLA This move can't be used. It's recommended that this move is forgotten. Once forgotten, this move can't be remembered.

Learnset

Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Gigavolt Havoc if it knows a damaging Electric-type move, holds an Electrium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-RingSM or Z-Power RingUSUM.
