Category:Moves that have variable power

These are moves that do not have a fixed base power; usually the power is displayed as "—". The power of these moves is determined by factors such as the user or target's weight, HP, or friendship; some may depend on a random factor. For some of these moves, the power may be calculated directly from these factors and have a continuous range of possible power (e.g., Return), but for others, the power will have discrete levels depending on the exact conditions (e.g., Reversal).
