TV version

Icelandic English
Ég vonast til að verða sá
Besti í heimi hér
Að læra, að fanga og þjálfa þá
Mitt æðsta takmark er

Ég ferðast yfir fjöllin há
Leita hátt og lágt
Mig dreymir um að þekkja þá
Og þeirra töframátt

Pokémon, þarf að fanga þá
Þú og ég
Sú vinátta er ódauðleg
Pokémon!
Ó, ég er vinur þinn
Okkar þarfnast heimurinn

Pokémon, þarf að fanga þá
Hlið við hlið
Við leggjum hvor öðrum við
Þú kennir mér, ég kenni þér
Po-ké-mon!
Þarf að fanga þá
Þarf að fanga þá!
Pokémon!
I hope to be the one who is
The best in this world
To learn, to catch and train them
Is my final goal

I will travel over the tall mountains
Search high and low
I dream of knowing them
And their magical powers

Pokémon, have to catch them
You and me
That friendship is immortal
Pokémon!
Oh, I am your friend
The world needs us

Pokémon, have to catch them
Side by side
We help each other
You teach me, I teach you
Po-ké-mon!
Have to catch them
Have to catch them!
Pokémon!

Icelandic English
Alla langar til að skara fram úr
Alla langar til að sýna sitt
Alla langar til að fara hraðar
Komast lengst upp á hæðanna tind

Hvert sinn
Sem reynt
Og þú ert bara svolítið betri
Hvert skref
???
Þú klífur upp í hverju þrepi

Þetta er ýkt flott heimur að byggja
Þetta er ýkt flott leið að sjá
Þetta er ýkt flott bú
Með alveg nýjan stíl
En þú verður þá alla að fá
Og sýna þína bestu hlið

Yeah
Pokémon Johto

Allir vilja sýna hvað þeir geta
Allir vilja þurfa að marka sín spor
Standa einir á sigursins völlum
Heimta sitt þegar músíkin hefst

Gefðu allt
Sem þú átt
Þú getur orðið sá allra besti
Hittu nú
Rosa hátt
Hvað þú lærir safnast saman, oh

Þetta er ýkt flott heimur að byggja
Flottur heimur!
Þetta er ýkt flott leið að sjá
Ýkt flott leið að sjá!
Þetta er ýkt flott bú
Með alveg nýjan stíl
En þú verður þá alla að fá
Og sýna þína bestu hlið

Yeah
Pokémon Johto
Oh
Pokémon Johto

Ýkt flott heimur
Ýkt flott leið
Ýkt flott bú
Ýkt flott heimur
Ýkt flott leið
Ýkt flott bú

Þetta er ýkt flott heimur að byggja
Yeah, yeah
Þetta er ýkt flott leið að sjá
Oh, oooh
Þetta er ýkt flott bú
Með alveg nýjan stíl
Ooh
En þú verður þá alla að fá

Þetta er ýkt flott heimur að byggja
Þetta er ýkt flott leið að sjá
Þetta er ýkt flott bú
Með alveg nýjan stíl
En þú verður þá a-

Þetta er ýkt flott heimur að byggja
Ýkt flott heimur að byggja!
Þetta er ýkt flott leið að sjá
Ýkt flott leið að sjá!
Þetta er ýkt flott bú
Með alveg nýjan stíl
En þú verður þá alla að fá
Og sýna þína bestu hlið
Everybody wants to be ahead
Everybody wants to show their talent
Everybody wants to go faster
Get all the way to the hills' summits

Each time
You try
And you are just a little bit better
Every step
???
You climb up in every step

This is a really cool world to build
This is a really cool way to see
This is a really cool estate
With a whole new style
But you have to get them all
And show your best side

Yeah
Pokémon Johto

Everybody wants to show what they can do
Everybody wants to mark their footsteps
Stand alone on the fields of victory
Get what's theirs when the music starts

Give everything
That you got
You could become the very best
Hit
Very high
What you learn piles together, oh

This is a really cool world to build
Cool world!
This is a really cool way to see
Really cool way to see!
This is a really cool estate
With a whole new style
But you have to get them all
And show your best side

Yeah
Pokémon Johto
Oh
Pokémon Johto

Really cool world
Really cool way
Really cool estate
Really cool world
Really cool way
Really cool estate

This is a really cool world to build
Yeah, yeah
This is a really cool way to see
Oh, oooh
This is a really cool estate
With a whole new style
Ooh
But you have to get them all

This is a really cool world to build
This is a really cool way to see
This is a really cool estate
With a whole new style
But you have to get-

This is a really cool world to build
Really cool world to build!
This is a really cool way to see
Really cool way to see!
This is a really cool estate
With a whole new style
But you have to get them all
And show your best side
