Helping Hand (Japanese: てだすけ Help) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Helping Hand is an increased priority move that will raise the base power of the adjacent ally's move in a Double Battle and Triple Battle by 50%. It will fail if used in a Single Battle. It will also fail if all of that Pokémon's allies have already moved.

Then it releases a bolt of blue lightning in the air and it lands on the target, powering it up, or Plusle cheers on its ally, or Plusle creates a ball of yellow sparks on its hands and it dances and cheers. When the balls of electricity touch the target, it glows white then multicolored.
